Johannah has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and one of her greatest passions is personal training and spinning. She is highly motivating, knowledgeable, and professional. Her spin classes are high energy and fun for beginners to the most advanced. Her experience includes working with and training Olympic athletes and professional sports teams. She enjoys a variety of sports from water-skiing, snowboarding and mountain biking. When she isn't training or working, she's busy being a mom with a handful of boys.
